These are all good tips. But how did you go about ensuring that you really permanently manifest all of them? Or did you just get better by fiddling around over time.

How is Lima a better city? How is Colombia a better place to travel to?

I'd imagine New York is a good place to game at least at night.... Bucaramanga looks awesome though. Thanks

Why not Bogota, in your opinion? Bad for game?

Shoot, looks like I'll just miss their visit this year, but I'll check'em out thanks.

Thanks will do. Ha, hope it's not too easy. There's always a challenge though.

Should add: I also want to work on social dynamics in general (girls, guys/social circle, charisma, etc) as well as have fun. Last part of that sentence is more just a travel-related question. But if this factors into replies, would be good to know.

Awesome. Form this list, LA and Brazil look like top picks for working on game (other US cities look good too, but a bit pricey, especially SF and NYC)

A wing mentioned something along these lines (just being mindful of your state). Last night I did this, I would just practice feeling however I was at the moment—but this didn't transform me into a positive/charismatic state. I just saw that I was feeling a bit sullen. You said "awareness gives us all the choice to change"... so how does the change happen? Can you change it yourself?

True, I've been approaching the whole group. Thanks, I'll pivot my strategy.

Go out again. Next time this happens, turn to them reach out your hand and say "Hi, I'm _______". Don't wait for the perfect time or to know what to say after that. Doing that alone, and nothing more, is your new bar for success. If you all end up talking the night away, count that as a success. If they call you a creep, count that as a success too. If this is still too difficult, warm up by asking someone for the time, giving someone a compliment, give five people high fives. It will help.

Yeah, I imagine you need to somehow show some intent, but also not come across as the hundredth guy going up to hit on her. Is it possible to do both? Most of what I've read so far says in the beginning stage you should disqualify/neg/*not* hit on her, until she she shows interest. But I feel it's hard to disqualify and still have a reason to stay there talking with her... the best way to demonstrate disinterest is to walk away, which is perhaps my biggest vice.

1000 points for everyone's stellar advice. You're right, it's all a matter of framing. That's what I'll work on henceforth. Game on.

I'm in Tacoma, looking for a wing. I'd be willing to drive up to Seattle once a week to practice.

Interesting... what do you mean the "rural parts of Washington"? What towns were these, and what venues. Where there lots of people?

Ssssssss indeed. All my friends in this part of the world are AFCs.

I'll fish around then. I should mention I'm in the Seattle area.

Yep, Warhol the Coquette, acting distant all the time, or half the time (thus the "hot/cold" coquette)

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
