Best countries/cities to Improve Social Dynamics

These are the cities (a selection) where I have lived:

San Francisco is a real challenge. It's not about getting laid, but it is also a real challenge where you're gonna push your boundaries in terms of approaching women/people in general.
Los Angeles is a little easier (more women), the community there is pretty easy going, people are really easy to talk to and has a really good night life.
New York might be a challenge, I haven't lived there long enough to judge, but it has a pretty rad night life (you know what Frank Sinatra says).
Boston is little bit easier, the community is quite split between being posh and college-y. (one of my past dudes told me he's had quite a ton of successful approaches there, and I claim he is a pretty good PUA)
Berlin is a pretty wild city if you know in which districts you need to go.
Rio de Janeiro is THE MEKKA. Well it's definitely NOT a challenge at all, but the culture is very different. When I lived there, I learned a lot of "social skills" on how to approach people and how to attract people.
São Paulo, same like Rio.

The very first, easiest and best place to start is right at home with the people you already see every day. Like your Mom, Dad, siblings, roommates, classmates, co-workers, and people working and hanging around you.

If you can talk and banter easily with these people ... talk about yourself, ask them things, make plans with them ... then approaching and talking to random attractive women is barely any different.

If you're a recluse most of the time with your closest peeps then (a) it's hard to get enough practice when you save up your banter for random hot babes that you meet, and (b) babes can deduce pretty quickly if you're a guy with good social connections, or a guy who's approaching her because he's needy and lonely.
