Be around family, friends, counseling or therapy and even your religious belief. Stay strong and think positive. I'm on my 2nd week after 15 years of marriage.

I've been and it's very hard at night. Just not having my kids on the same roof. But I'm trying to keep our routine the same for kids'sake. I'm also starting to take my antidepressants and seek counseling or therapy.
