If you think simply removing the question mark from the end of their sentence fixes the problem, you clearly missed the point. No question people do it, point is it doesn't belong because it doesn't have anything to offer.

Would you play a little league football player up against someone in the NFL? Of course not. He's too small and too inexperienced to contribute to the team. /r/askTRP has a smaller audience because a lot of people are tired of the horrible posts where it's clear the OP has yet to read the sidebar. If you think simply removing the question mark from the end of their sentence fixes the problem, you clearly missed the point. Quality > quantity.

A lot of movies do a play on this by having the villain seem less intelligent and timit to gain the trust of the hero. Han Gruber pops into mind in Die Hard. Though it rarely works in movies, it's a tactic that can easily gain trust and comfort from your target. In regards to game however, I would say this law applies in the sense that you shouldn't come off as a smart ass and should provide the girl with plausible deniability. The "sex just happened" excuse so she doesn't feel like a slut.

Cardio is essential if you don't want to die young (who doesn't?). However you shouldn't really be able to after powerlifting. The guys I see run after they lift will never gain as much mass as the guy who leaves it all on the bench. I could see going for a morning run and lifting later in the day however. Good for the heart and most men overlook all of the health benefits related to cardio. I recommend learning jiu jitsu, krav maga, jeet kune do, or some other form of martial arts to practice w…

Just do it. Don't be a pussy, just tell her things aren't working out and it's over. Six months is nothing. You don't owe her anything. Recommend doing it asap and then going silent.

Yeah you shouldn't overthink it. Honestly a better approach would be to already have plans that night so you can avoid spending money on a tux and flower (seriously a fucking flower), and have fun with some buddies/other girls. Then when proms over invite her over and have some fun anyways. Might be difficult with distance, but always good to show abundance mentality.

Firstly, this belongs in r/asktrp Second, she is treating you like a BB. If she thought you were AF she'd either be asking you as her first option, or desperately hoping you'd ask her. I hated the idea of prom when I was in high school. Neither time got me laid and the first actually ended a nearly 2 year relationship. However if you're both seeing other people and keeping everything open I wouldn't worry about it. If it gets you laid it gets you laid.

Continue reading the sidebar material. This won't be over your head afterwards, or even on your mind for that matter. Stop being so paranoid about your body. Fix what you can and don't stress the rest. If the sex anxiety is all about the weight, lose it. Posture should be the last thing on your mind during sex (just have her on top if needed). Once you're having sex, just have fun. The game is won, stop overthinking it. Seriously though go back through the sidebar, and search related sites for a…

Online petitions are much weaker than money. When aussies really want GTAV they'll order from somewhere else and Target will get the message. But at this point the game is old enough that Target probably doesn't care.

I'm going to give some advice I wish someone had given me at your age. Ignore your ex completely. Don't respond to texts, if/when she calls you out tell her you've been busy. Fuck other girls and avoid relationships like the plague.

Previous thread some people said to move on and if this girl comes back , then great. This is true only if you can handle it yourself. It's not that you're not trying anything, but you're actively trying to improve yourself. Once you have control over your emotions you can do just about anything. Hell I've got exes who send me signals all the time. I used to be tempted to turn them into plates, but honestly I think I can do better now. Just focus on improving your SMV and internalize TRP philoso…

Don't respond to texts, if/when she calls you out tell her you've been busy. Fuck other girls and avoid relationships like the plague. A lot of studies fail to point out that the divorce rate is so high in the first place partially because many divorces are from people who've already been divorced. They get divorced, remarry, divorce, remarry, etc etc.

They were going bankrupt during isolationism and rarely broke even economically. Chairman Mao was kind of a dick. It wasn't until the 1970s that the People's Republic of China changed their production strategy to capitalism and they made a comeback.

Better to circulate among people, find allies, mingle. You are shielded from your enemies by the crowd. It's just an analogy for socializing. The more friends/allies you have the more connections/protection you have. These laws are pretty universal for most aspects of life.

I've yet to fully enter monk mode so take this with a grain of salt, but I believe it's never a good thing to completely isolate oneself. Human interaction is a valuable thing, both mentally and physically. So while you spend the majority of your time simply trying to improve yourself, a little time spent connecting with friends, family, and allies will let them know you're not ignoring them by their own fault and will keep your relationships with them safe. EDIT: There was also a study done yea…

Up until fairly recently, China was in near complete isolation since the Ming dynasty. They were closed off to a lot of trade and development for centuries. Once they opened the doors again, they realized they had fallen far behind the rest of the world. And while China managed to find their way back to the top, other countries such as those in the middle east are discovering that it's not so easy to come out of isolation when the rest of the world has left you behind. They tend to be stuck in t…

Ask her to come over to study. Since you haven't really seemed to talk to her that much she probably honestly doesn't remember your name. I usually just sign mine "-rphessian" at the end of a message in this case. Once she comes over hug her, and sit next her her when you study. Escalate small and see how she responds (touch shoulders, legs, hips, etc.). If you don't notice her pull away continue to escalate. After a while tell her about some movie you've been planning to watch and invite her to…

This is the first law in the series I strongly recommend you be cautious with. While being unpredictable does have numerous advantages, it also comes with risks. Humans develop routines for convenience and to have a reliable system. You wouldn't change your clothing style drastically every day (waste time, frivolous). Likewise if you abandon systems in your life such as working out at set times, studying in undisturbed places, checking for better jobs daily, etc. Be deliberately unpredictable. M…

Can you love a dog? I'm not trying to say women are dogs, but I loved my dog more than any woman I've ever been with. Sure she couldn't speak to me, wasn't the brightest, and would bark all night on occasion. But I still loved her. Just because you understand women and their natural ways doesn't mean you can't love them. Your definition of love may change as your understanding of women develops, and it will be harder to fall in love. But it's still attainable. Come to think of it, I believe some…

I can't imagine how many times this law has shown up in entertainment media. The villain remains unanimous throughout most of it while the hero and and friend try to figure out what's going on. Once the hero gets close to discovering the truth, surprise surprise, your friend was the villain all along. In reality, this tactic is actually much more effective. Mainly because most people are smart enough not to reveal themselves as spies. Eavesdropping is a critical skill to develop. Powerful only a…

Lately I've been wanting to buy a motorcycle. Someone here in TRP suggested getting an older one and working on it. I don't know anything about motorcycles, so I knew I'd need someone to help teach me. This law just might help get me laid. A girl I used to orbit in my BP days is really into mechanics and had a bike that I've loved for years (recently stolen). I think the stages of swallowing the pill are supposed to be hard to get over. A lot of people want to just skip over them or shorten them any way they can. Most simply end up suppressing them and never really learn how to control their emotions. Learn at your own pace and learn how to accept each stage as it comes.

Believe it or not, he's the only man employed here who knows how to work the security card scanners. Since I'm a student worker, my position has ended for this semester. I'm going to paraphrase a response to this from Hypnotica's Collection of Confidence (btw I support listening to it, but am not paid to promote it). what the emotional state is that other people in college, for example will treat me bad(like a stranger). Once you are the best person in the room, you must find a different room. Love this. A lot of people (especially hot girls who avoid leaving small towns) become comfortable being a big fish in a small pond. It feels safe, but leaves no room for improvement. Hanging on to old friends feels comfortable because of the rapport, and often we want to try to help them. But sometimes people have to learn to help themselves, and ultimately you're helping yourself to improve by letting them go.

I used to be that depressing/depressed bummer in the room who would turn every conversation negative. Once you go into that spiral it's hard to get out. I went to counseling, read books, meditated, obsessed over TRP theory, etc. etc. I tried everything over the years except hypnosis (because I thought it was full of shit) and getting better friends. Granted I've only met divorce lawyers who openly exploited my family, but I accept that they're necessary and overall good for society. Law is a pretty RP career in my opinion. I ended up asking her if she visits that ex boyfriend of hers. Her reply was yes and she said yes when I asked her if they sleep together. Why are you asking BP questions? What do you care if they're sleeping together? Asking those questions makes you look insecure in her eyes and she'll want to fuck her ex even more. Right now she's the one with abundance. You need to up your abundance mentality and dread game. Stop asking girls these insecure questions.

I think a lot of the people complaining about this post are Beta Nurtured (Basically BB). If someone was Alpha Nurtured (AF), they probably don't spend much time on reddit. The fact that so many people in society hates lawyers...
/r/TheRedPill23/11/14 07:00 PM
35

I'm surprised so many have an issue with this one. What about TRP doesn't emphasize actions over words? This law basically states that arguing is fine if you want people to hate you. Which is true and observable. Couples who argue all the time hate each other. Lawyers who argue for their jobs are hated by most of society. People who argue with feminists are hated by surrounding women. You risk resentment just to win an argument, and tend to alienate potential allies in the process.

Main reason I decided to go for lock picking is that I recently lost my apartment keys and the school hasn't yet changed the locks (been about 2 weeks). It also comes in handy on the job when we get to a warehouse and realize our boss forgot to unlock it/give us the keys.

I work for housing (mostly breaking stuff and taking it to the dump), but I'm trying to get in good with the locksmith. We had someone come out earlier this year to work on the dryer. They said it had a birds nest clogging it from the outside and it went from not working to barely working. I've inspected the inside, but couldn't find any obvious problem. I think what matters more is that you spend time with your children even if you get divorced. When my parents separated, my relationship with my dad didn't change that much (little contact -> little contact). But my sister was greatly affected (lots of contact -> little contact). Recently my roommate asked me why I never go to a girl's place instead of inviting them over here. Based on experience, bringing a girl to my place always made more sense logistics wise, I didn't want to drive to their places, wait in the cold for them to open the door, have sex on an uncomfortable couch/tiny bed, leave in the cold again. Sure it's selfish, but having them come to my place makes it easier on me. Plus when they come to my place it's like playing on the home field = instant advant…

It's incredibly hard to hit rock bottom and recover. I got pretty close recently, and I still don't feel like I'm back to where I should be. And the shitty thing is, I did it on purpose. I thought it would lead me to realize what changes I needed to make in my life and everything would just "click". My guess is that you should do your best to put a good image out there. Like do your job, be productive, don't be an asshole, don't get arrested, etc. If someone doesn't like you that's no big deal, but if they think you're a criminal/sleazy they won't trust you and actively spread bad word about you.

The best example of this I've noticed on TRP has come from FRs from guys who "stay silent" and hold frame when with a woman. You're in a relationship and "asking" for sex? You should just say "Let's have sex" when you want, and if she doesn't want you can just go. Having sex with the same girl can get boring over time. It was the main reason I ended my last 2 LTRs. It's the reason I'm only trying to spin plates right now. But some people can have sex with the same woman for years. Unfortunately, I am one of those men whom's facial hair doesn't grow in quick and thick. It's blond, somewhat patchy right now, and... soft. This is the first year I've decided to try out NoShaveNovember, and honestly it's been less restricting game-wise than I expected. It's funny too, because I liked VICE a lot in the past. I'm probably still subscribed to them on youtube. But recently I've seen a lot of topics I'm well educated on being misrepresented on news sources, and it's made me very cautious about information. Even a lot of what's posted on TRP should be taken with a grain of salt. Observe actions over words and you'll discover the truth.

Haha we're probably pretty similar. It wasn't until very recently that I internalized TRP, but more essentially logic. It honestly feels like a switch flipped in my brain a few months ago. Personally I think most of the RSD guys go too far. Some of the things they do really do look like they make normal women uncomfortable. However all the coverage about them lately has been the result of men-hating feminists who don't want men to understand women.

I honestly hope he turns to TRP after this. If anyone knows how to contact him they really should. Someone who's landed a spacecraft on a comet would have pretty damn high SMV once in a set.

Read the sidebar. Once you fully understand TRP you'll know exactly why people would want to stop it. Also don't post TRP all over reddit. If you think someone needs TRP it's best sent in PM.

I certainly wouldn't mind seeing this. Might help clear up a lot of stuff for people if each law is explained in depth.

The only female friends I have I do because they're the friends of male friends. I've either been attracted to, or already slept with all females I've gone out of my way to befriend. The only exception being girls who act like "one of the guys" who went out of her way to befriend me and my friends. However all of these women were attracted to either me or my friends.

TRP applies to all situations in life. Women, friends, work, the gym, etc. Taking advantage of reality to get the most of what you're offered.

No problem and best of luck with your decision. I'm also in early 20s so I can't personally imagine having children now, but I respect that you're taking the time to consider it as opposed to just letting it happen. Taking control of your life.

It's cool man we all make mistakes. It's especially hard to maintain a cool, calm, and collected manner when stress builds up over time. But we live and learn. Besides what kind of prostitute just lays there?

The point OP was trying to make is that too many people are misunderstanding TRP's definition of alpha. An alpha isn't driven by emotions, but also doesn't tolerate raging emotional idiots and asses. These aren't contradictory statements, only an example qualifying behavior to suit his and this community's needs. You can see the moderator's posting about the drop in quality, and it's because of what OP is mentioning. New people are misinterpreting alpha as aggressive and angry. Losing your cool …

Like Honesty0504 said, this isn't RP behavior. You shouldn't be fucking pissed off right now. You made a mistake and just have to own it. If you think she's serious about attacking you in the bar, it might be a good idea to inform a cop. Better to keep the scum off the street than in the bar. If she confronts you focus on maintaining frame and self-defense. I don't know the laws of Brazil, but I imagine her attacking you and you defending yourself won't come back to bite you if you make it clear…

I'm going to go ahead and break from the norm here and ask a few questions. Is there anything she could do to raise her SMV so you'd stop going soft? Figure this out BEFORE deciding to have children. Don't have them and immediately want to leave her because her SMV WILL DROP during pregnancy and after "unless that's what you're into". "I’m noticing more and more attractive women eye fucking me and its getting to my head. My career also requires a lot of moving around and at some point, if I deci…

If you want a LTR with her you need to avoid showing interest in her. You don't have to be rude, but you need to demonstrate abundance mentality. If you don't want a relationship with her, you could just plate her or next her. No need to overthink it.

Not too long ago I was in a similar state. I'm 21, but grew up somewhat similar. Very feminized, father wasn't around much and never gave alpha advice anyways, HORRIBLE approach anxiety that I'm still working on. I've been to counseling 3 times this year since classes started, and have spent most of my life demotivated by depression and anxiety which I spent years on medication for but is still present. HOWEVER I can tell you from experience that change is both possible and realistic. Since I've…

You don't want advice, you want a rationalization to continue hamstering. You recognize this is beta behavior and know the best course of action is to drop her, but you're asking for advice to change nature. I'm going to tell you a harsh truth. Your beta behavior is why your ex isn't attracted to you anymore. I talked to her, and then according to her, me coming up when we both wanted space and I did the exact opposite doing that. So for her the break was gonna be a short 2 week thing mainly for…

Personally I don't text until soon before I, or more often they, leave. Your situation sounds fine to me. Especially if the plans are explicitly to fuck. If when she asked how long it's been since you had sex you replied like, "I haven't gotten laid since July" or something sounding like it was incel then you may have DLV. Overall though you're fine. Now go have that hot kinky sex!

To follow something without questioning it is ignorance. Society doesn't tend to view pickup as moral, but that could change if they realized its benefits to society. I don't help women cheat because I know it can hurt people. If a woman is more attracted to me I'll make her wait until she breaks up with her boyfriend. It's a choice I make based my experiences. Think euthanasia. Some people believe it's right, some believe it's wrong. It's morally grey. Luckily sleeping with a girl who has a boy…

I actually saw someone recently ask the same thing. One of the more senior RPers replied that TRP has no morality. Meaning it says nothing about whether it's right or wrong to game a girl with a boyfriend. Morality is something you really should determine yourself. Just because someone tells you to help her cheat doesn't make it right. Likewise someone telling you it's wrong doesn't mean you should just listen to them without considering it yourself.

I think the point he's trying to make is that when you're talking to a girl it's better when she's intelligent enough to speak above a 5th grade level. I've been with girls before who remind me of children. Not exaggerating, I see them exactly how I would see a child. No attraction there. We're also at a point in time where women can and will spend their own money. I haven't been on a date in years where I payed for the girl. I don't think OP is saying these things are necessary to game. We all …

I think it was right to set the boundary, but it also looks like you lost your cool in front of her "not sure but seems that way from text". Bringing it up hours later in bed shows that it's been on your mind bothering you. Can't let this kind of thing phase you so much. She clearly knew she made a mistake. During the interaction you probably should have changed the subject and started a one-on-one with the guy. She can't see that you're annoyed about her giving her number, and he shouldn't be d…

I always love the stories of the clueless friend who's eyes finally open. I've got two right now, one just got dumped recently by a girl I wouldn't even register as a 2. The other hasn't been laid in 2 years, but is so close minded he rejected PUA advice when I demonstrated it right in front of him. TRP isn't about morality. That you have to decide for yourself. If I discovered some guy trying to make my sister a plate, I would break his teeth. That being said, I have no problems having plates. I have no problem with this.

Just continue studying TRPgame and remember there is no such thing as rejection, only lessons. Until you internalize that and realize what your "peers" think doesn't matter, you'll remain beta. Become an alpha and maintain frame control. I recommend listening to Hypnotica's Collection of Confidence.

Depends, are you interested in any of them? If yes, display more alpha behavior around them. Make them desire you and it will change. If no, who cares? They have nothing to offer.

All women shit test unconsciously. It's a natural way for them to find the alphas. For example, if you're talking to a girl and she asks if you're gay, she's testing to see how you react. If you get angry or defensive, you fail. If you jokingly say, "Could you tell by my taste in style?" with a smile on your face, she'll likely laugh = pass. To pressure flip, you basically call them out on their shit testing by shit testing yourself a bit. A girl recently asked if I'm a player in a very condesce…

Sounds like it worked really well. Like you said it was, "low enough to be slightly stinging, but high enough not to be an ouvert insult." You're also still thinking about it and bringing it to reddit. Yes it was a neg, and negs are designed specifically to do this. There are plenty of reasons the rest of the pickup could have gone wrong, but its not the neg. Best not to overthink it.
/r/askTRP09/11/14 09:27 PM

Really? Why should you give a fuck what anyone says about you being jacked? Would an alpha feel insecure about being ripped? No! That's a beta trait.
/r/TheRedPill09/11/14 08:23 AM
7

Exactly. I hang out with nerds because I like their company. I am, after all, a nerd myself. However I can be just as alpha with my group as with any other group. No need to limit oneself by accepting a beta mindset.

He's referring to Don Jon the movie where Joseph Gordon-Levitt is a porn addict who gets laid all the time, but really only gets off to porn.

Then don't go after the average woman. It honestly sounds as if you've given up the game, and let me tell you it's a dangerous road. Sure you can just fap it all day on pornhub if you want. No one is going to stop you. But porn isn't reality. TRP is all about reality. People who lose touch with reality stop being people, and it often isn't pretty.

You did right by not giving in, but there's no reason not to catch and release this girl. Let her know that you can give each other orgasms, and she can go mooch off the bartender for treats. Sasha Daygame has some pretty great advice on this approach.

Most of the men here likely agree that catcalling is a beta activity as it acknowledges women for their looks alone. These women being catcalled immediately know they're desired, and thus lose respect for those "men". Of course catcalling implies sexual interest. The issue most men have is that catcalling is now being labeled as sexual harassment when in reality it's just a bunch of boys trying to "get lucky". I'd like to see the research stating that it actually "increases body shame, disrupts …
