Just saying your attitude and your game might be calibrated a little off. I can't think of why you'd get so many negative reactions, if your game was tight.

"You get the drinks, I'll buy the food" If you foot the whole bill, you'll look like a chump when you're left with your dick in your hand and down $30 at the end of the date.

You know that line, "If everyone you meet is an asshole, you're the asshole" Chances are that might be what's happening here. Something is off with your game, you gotta figure this out yourself Holmes. Or post an example interaction and maybe asktrp can figure out where you're going wrong.

Course not. No one cares and likely no one will ask. If you feel insecure about it, hide your birthday on FB.

This reeks of oneitis. You asked her out from behind a computer screen. With your current mental state, you are going to fuck it up. Watch this video.

Fair point, you gotta learn to walk before you can run. I guess it's best for beginners to stick to textbook TRP then.

Yeah I agree with this point. If u/JesterAdventure isn't at that level yet, then it's only going to fuck with his head being around her.
/r/askTRP06/01/16 10:40 PM

There is no "correct solution". That is the textbook TRP response to being friend zoned. Just because TRP says to do X, doesn't mean X is the optimal choice. In my humble opinion, if this girl is inviting him to group situations and events. She is providing value , she is worth keeping around as long as she's providing this social leverage. If she's going to use him as an emotional tampon, then yeah cut her out.
/r/askTRP06/01/16 10:37 PM

Don't ignore. See the thing is you want to be perceived as cool and completely ok with being friends. Even if you're torn apart inside. If she texts or asks you in person, seem mildly interested and occasionally even take her up on the offer. I'm assuming she's talking about group hangouts and not one-on-one. There's nothing wrong with having her around in your life, maybe you'll make some new friends or have some fun. She might introduce you to other pretty girls
/r/askTRP06/01/16 09:19 PM
4

It's unlikely that you'll be able to attract her once she's labeled you as a friend. Focus on bettering yourself and other girls. Don't provide an explanation, if it was over text just text back "K" or don't text back at all. You don't owe anything to anyone, and she doesn't owe you her attraction either. The only thing that will change that is time, but if you're consciously waiting for this girl for months/years, that is absolutely pathetic. There are tons of girls out there. Prize yourself, y…

I approach some of the ones that give no IOIs, but I always test the waters. I sit down and eat lunch with them with the excuse "I don't like sitting alone". And I gradually raise the temp until I feel comfortable asking for a number/date. If she's cold af, giving one word answers, I just eat quick and bail haha.
/r/askTRP01/01/16 01:00 AM
2

I have, but this is also my last semester here in the dorms. I tend to approach girls who give some IOIs, I don't just approach any random girl. And lastly, I always do damage control when necessary. This university is fucking huge, I'll be fine.
/r/askTRP31/12/15 11:00 PM

Well a lot of people in society (both guys and girls) are hard-wired to take the female's side in any situation. It's easy to see them as the victim they're both physically weaker and smaller. You gotta learn how to play your cards man, tact is everything.
/r/askTRP31/12/15 04:01 AM

There's nothing Red Pill about your behavior. You were just trying to be funny, and it looks like you rubbed her the wrong way. Should've recalibrated to fit the situation she was obviously cold as fuck towards you with the: "That's not an answer, you avoided the question," She was not in a good mood. Her fee-fees needed some warming up before you started joking with her.

Will this number go anywhere though? By asking for the number of the hottest one, you've made it obvious you don't like the other girls (which they may take offense to). Was the hot one happy to give you her number? Or was it just a treat to avoid having to say no.

As lost as I? You'll have to elaborate on that one. You're extrapolating so much info with so little evidence. This chick eyes me like a steak, read my response to a comment about how I know she's into me. Stop sheltering your ego from reality. I've crashed and burned multiple times this fall semester just learning the ropes and cold approaching girls. I'm not sheltering my ego by any means. If anything I'm putting myself out there and learning.

Let's call this girl Jill. So we're in the same dorm and go to the same dining hall. I've caught Jill and her friend glancing over at me and talking to each other multiple times. I have never met either of them. One noteworthy event, when I was talking one on one with another fairly attractive girl. Jill was already sitting down with her friend somewhere else in the dining hall. Jill's friend left, and she moved all her stuff (laptop, books etc.) to sit alone on the end of my table. She needn't …

This may sound fucked up, but I think it would be interesting as a challenge. Plus her ass is insane for how thin she is. I don't think she's easy. I would of course be approaching many other girls in the meantime.

Well you two have known each other for quite a while, she doesn't think of you as more than a friend. "Perfect, and I didn't even have to use a cheesy pickup line!" The fact that she didn't respond to that clearly means she wanted to hang out as just friends. There's no way for her to say that without backtracking and making things awkward.

Your attitude needs some fixing Sports -> See how satisfying it is to shoot some 3s at a hoop Music -> Play a piece you like, and watch as you turn the notes on the paper into something worth listening to. Carving -> Feel the pride that comes with making something, and knowing that most people don't make anything

He's asking for trouble. Even if she did like the approach, he's risking a potentially sexual harassment complaint that will keep him from getting a job. Don't take a leaf out of his book, he's a dumbass.

You seem to be doing everything right so far. The only way you could go further is if somehow, she realizes your feelings have changed or are for another girl. The mythical best case scenario I can think of, is if she found out through the grapevine you said "I love you" to another plate. Then she'll realize you meant nothing by it. Otherwise slowly taper back any affection/attention to the point where you're barely acknowledging her. Be ready for obvious shit tests and questions that could dest…

Is she LTR potential? If you like this girl start doing meaningful stuff with her, like take a weekend trip with her somewhere or some random meaningful gesture. Make sure you're staying red though, I'm not prescribing beta shit like flowers/chocolates.

By having the mindset that she was never really yours. If you think she belongs to you, or you to her, you will be devastated when she inevitably gets smashed by another dude. Girls are a supplement to your already amazing life, not the main course. Easy come, easy go. That's the mindset you need to have.

Sure, I often approach girls in campus dining halls. Sometimes groups although I usually stick to one-on-one encounters. I've been told by friends and by a few girls that I come off as just a friend. I don't flirt overtly, compliment, etc. The problem with that is, if I don't polarize early on, it will make it harder to get anywhere with the girl in question. She'll quickly see me as just a friend and then I'm kind of fucked. If I ditch the flirty vibe girls have the tendency to say "Oh let's ju…

Are you making it clear that you're hitting on one/all of them? Unless you do, that really increases your chances of being put in the friend box in their heads. I've ran into the same issue in one on one encounters.

One caveat with GOMAD, see how you react to large quantities of milk over the weekend so you don't annihilate your coworker's cubicles with mustard gas and have to run to the bathroom during a meeting.

Bad breath has more to do with diet/digestion than cleaning your teeth (which I'm assuming you already do). Eat cleaner, it'll make a difference. Otherwise chew minty gum, brush/floss after meals if you're paranoid.

You shouldn't have asked her, you came off as clingy. Obviously she's looking for other options, and I don't blame her. She's 28, probably nearing the age where all her friends are getting pregnant. If you're getting good sex, conversation, etc. of course don't leave the relationship. Just keep an eye out for more red flags such as: Going clubbing with her friends, sudden changes to her schedule, blowing you off for other plans, etc.

I still struggle with it, and when I see other Indians who fully embody the stereotype, I just cringe so hard. They're making it harder for every normal Indian guy out there. Plus whenever a girl turns you down, there's the nagging voice in the back of your head "Is it because I'm Indian?" Which serves as a scapegoat, and encourages Indians to ignore what can be changed and focus on the one thing that can't.
/r/askTRP06/11/15 04:35 PM

Indian movies are all romcoms that show if you keep chasing a girl, she will start liking you. This coupled with the fact that Indians are usually raised to be judgmental, all math and science, basically guarantees shitty social awareness. Also confirmation bias. Some girls are more handsy than others. If you can, the best way is to see how the girl you're interested in treats other guys. If you're getting different treatment, there may be something there. If you can't do that, then go with your gut. If you think she likes you, ask her out.
/r/askTRP05/11/15 04:23 AM

Sure I'll expand on it. OP reeks of insecurity and is too worried about hurting other people's fee fees. If people get annoyed/upset at you dating a white chick, that's not your problem. That's their problem. Obviously your girl likes you since she's dating you. If you feel that you're in serious danger or threat from these white guys who are harassing you, avoid them or find a way to get them arrested. Otherwise just block it out. No what I meant was, is that they want to talk about their feelings. They don't want to hear your solution. They don't care. Typically most women won't be cut short, and will keep talking about the problem despite you giving a proper solution. Don't give any solutions/advice unless they ask. Act disinterested, make jokes, or ignore if trivial. If it's serious offer sympathy. Just move forward with this in mind.
/r/askTRP02/11/15 03:10 PM

Only solve their problems if they specifically ask for your advice. Chances are they just want to talk about it and by giving them the solution, you're cutting them short. They just want to talk about it, make jokes or ignore the problem if it's trivial. If serious, then just offer some sympathy.

RedPill goes overboard on turning all women into cardboard cutouts. This plus our hostile tone makes us popular and brings in a lot of subscribers. TRP is primarily sexual strategy, self-improvement, a bit of men's rights, and some women-hating posts all rolled into one. Absorb what is useful to you, discard what you feel is useless.

Well, I did mention in my comment that openers fall flat and have dead ends. Just keep trying. A different opener, her clothes, what she's eating/reading/listening, any plans for the weekend, costume for Halloween, etc. You can use assumption openers, "You seem ..." interesting, adventurous, etc. Eventually you'll get her to spill some information, and then you'll have material to make natural conversation.

This isn't even about being carried away. Don't send incriminating stuff like that to a coworker. Even if she did like you (despite her saying no), maybe that message creeped her out.

If you go to my submit history i wrote a bit on this. Also, I want to add on, your opener can fall flat, and you may need to try and find touch points to talk about. Ask whether she had a busy day or try and empathize. Talk about common interests (if you can find them) and whatever you share in the situation around you. Talk about the coffee shop around you, the creaky door, the rude barista, your terrible scone, etc. It's not what you say it's how you say it. Play around with inflections and em…

Yeah it's not deadly, if the girl's on the fence about you though it can be. The best thing is to pretend like the silences never happened and go on talking as normal.

You can approach anyone anywhere. Don't worry about the social assumptions. The gym: "What's your routine", "Give me tips on how to get fit", "What do I do to get an ass like yours?" (risky unless she already has looked at you a few times), "Hey flex those guns" Library: "Hey great book choice", if they're studying, sit next to them and borrow a pen. Then open with normal talk.

I'm more of an LTR guy too, that being said the best strategy (so you don't waste too much time with one girl) is vetting multiple girls at the same time while dating just one. Keep a few girls on the backburner so when your current one isn't working, just switch gears and try the next. Also your commitment is valuable, don't go tossing that to any slut in the street. Prize yourself, and others will chase you. Keep grinding man, shit happens.
/r/TheRedPill24/10/15 04:25 PM

Listen man, you're overinvested, you care too much about someone who doesn't care about you. Girls should be a supplement to your life, never a large part. Your mindset should be "She's here for NOW, tomorrow she'll be somewhere else". Don't feel like shit, go improve, build something, hit a PR in the gym. I have a friend who's a natural too, I practically burn all of his conversations with other girls into memory. Learn from him, he's a fucking goldmine.

You know theres more than one way to phrase a sentence right? It has nothing to do with beating around the bush and everything to do with tact. If I say "I hate cats" vs "I'm not a cat person", one is a little better than the other. If I'm talking to someone who loves cats, obviously the second option is better.

Well redpill is very large so some posts on the sub will be nutty. I doubt anything that severe will happen, however there is a common refrain of "Oh the dating pool for women is shrinking, haha curse those hags once they hit the Wall." Since many people on the redpill are angry, some people tend to escalate ideas/theoreticals to such a degree that they become absurd. Good analogy. There are probably other ways to test if the girl you're seeing is a gold digger or not. Splitting the bill and cheap/thoughtful gifts would probably help. Gold digger types only care about the price tag so the cheap/thoughtful gifts are a one-two punch.

Complete garbage. There's a reason why the phrase "nice guys finish last" exists. I felt this video is incredibly flawed. It doesn't take into account women's nature that is instilled into them at a very young age. They start going on free dates, and guys often want to do things for them for free. Pretty girls will learn to take advantage of that and they become used to that behavior.

A mile walk in cold and windy weather after asking for Netflix & chill. Success rate of that plan seems low, I'd rather ask her out to a place closer to mine. There's a limit to how far people will go you know.

Even if I did ask her over for Netflix, it's a mile walk to my place. Logistics ain't in my favor. I think I'll ask her for coffee after her shift ends, if she says no/maybe some other time I'll get her number and hit her up in like a week or two? How does that sound? Of course, but there's an extra point. The whole point of the dating game is to find someone with the maximal amount of good attributes who will stay put. Committment worthiness is a lot harder to find in a partner and I don't think most TRP men would throw away a loyal 6 for a fickle 8.

Why are you smacking your head against a brick wall? Believe whatever you want to believe, let others think whatever they want. Convincing other people that they're wrong is nearly impossible, because it makes them question their internal beliefs, value system, and ultimately themselves.

Every woman has a limit to what she will put up with in a relationship. Unemployment, sickness, poor mental health etc. What TRP says is that limit is basically 0, if she can replace you with a better option, she will 100% of the time. If you internalize this, you will focus on building a better life for yourself instead of compromising what makes you attractive to her in the first place. It also promotes "She owes me nothing" so when your unicorn turns out to be a fraud (as most of them are) yo…

Good post OP. I wanted to mention that anyone who thinks steroids are a shortcut to success. If you start taking steroids when you look DYEL as fuck, you're going to fuck yourself up. Your muscles will grow faster than your tendons can keep up and you'll have some serious issues. Not to mention if you're young, your endocrine system is at serious risk. You can achieve a solid physique without PEDs, it'll just take 2-3 years of hard work.

He's not a bad person, he just wants a relationship like any other man. If he's been rejected by 1000 different girls, his face is probably a 2. At the 1000 girl mark he's probably asked out everyone ranging from 5s-10s so you know he's seriously unattractive.

Bill Burr spits RP truths and jokes so watching him is like two birds one stone. Louis CK, Jim Gaffigan, John Mulaney, Trevor Noah. All on Netflix, most of these are pretty good. If you don't like one of the guys I suggested then switch to another one. Bill Burr is mandatory though. Meditation, I know a little bit but not enough to do it justice. Try Google and search TRP for info.

Start with this and this. In the second thread the user Travolta has a great technique. He springboards conversation topics off of their last sentence. Also get that alpha/beta divide out of your head. Being alpha doesn't mean you just go balls to the walls and say whatever you want. You say those phrases because they're common and they feed off the conversation. You're trying to build rapport right? You can still definitely challenge her by saying "Why's that?" "Why do you do that". If she like…

As far as conversation goes, Google some Roosh V forum threads in it. Listen carefully to what they're saying and that'll give you the topic for your next sentence. Never backtrack or say "haha that was a stupid thing I said." Girls feed off your emotions, what you say is tangential as long as you say something reasonable. Acknowledging you're wrong will kill any attraction and make you come off as weak.

First off asktrp exists for a reason. 1) Eat well, rest well. Your gains can come back later. 2) If she wants to leave she'll leave. If she wants to stay she'll stay. Just don't come off as needy or weak and the rest is up to her. 3) You'll have plenty of time in the recovery stage to think about what you want out of live and what you want to achieve. Make a list, read some good books (7 habits of highly effective people, Win friends + influence people). Figure it out.

How does anyone vet anyone else? Talk to them, tease them. See what shakes loose, or what they let slip. Be super casual and give off the vibe you don't judge anyone for anything. Plus there's a few things you can observe like the kind of company she keeps, what she does for fun, does she drink/party a lot, does she have hobbies? Red flags start turning up left and right. Definitely, I agree with lean is better than muscly fat but that's why bodybuilders undergo cycles of bulking (to add muscle + fat) and cutting (to cut fat). Weight training can lead to greater amounts of muscle over time than bodyweight exercises but you can still build a great physique with calisthenics. What body fat % are you? Your height weight is easily above average if your body fat is reasonable.

I think my biggest problem is dealing with classes that are like a). I just fucking hate learning random shit that I'll never use again. When a class actually teaches me shit with tangible value, I pay attention like my life depends on it.

I think you answered your own question. Good looking, more alpha guys seem to get the benefit of the doubt. To her, his perceived SMV is so high that she let's this stuff slide, for those with lower perceived SMV, if they slip up, they lose.

Get your confidence up, the hotter girls can smell insecurities like blood in the water. If you're insecure at night, try day game. When you get eye contact with someone, sustain it until they look away. The idea of talking to girls like a normal person is don't treat them like they're better cause they're girls. Joke with them, mess with them. Kino escalation ladder, start slow, if they're receptive then amp it up (this is on the sidebar I think).

Lol you have great height and aesthetics. You're selling yourself short bud. The only thing you're lacking is confidence. Also I'd recommend taking off the picture of you so you don't get doxxed. Just practice approaching girls you don't like so you can approach the ones you do like. You'll do fine, read some more FR and I'm sure you can close just fine.

I know the Red Pill answer is to just get it over with so you can have a better abundance mentality when it comes to gaming hotter chicks. I respectfully disagree. I'm 19 and I had the chance (and still have) to lose my v-card as well and I chose not to cause the chick wasn't that attractive to me. I personally don't want to lose my v-card to someone below my standards (which is why I'm lifting so hard). Do what you believe is right, just remember that every girl is just another girl, hot girls …

It's all about breaking the negative stereotype. You have to come off as the least Indian Indian possible. Get ripped, be unique, avoid Indians that perpetuate the stereotype because they'll bring your SMV down

As a freshman majoring in finance, I was interested in what kind of finance job/hours you got. I personally have been looking into consulting and equity research but the hours 60+ on both, would cut into my free time and lifting schedule. Then again anything under 60 hours, you're probably not earning much and are sacrificing the fast progression of consulting/i-banking.

What matters is how you feel, if you can stomach that 90k job for a year or two before getting a better job then great! Otherwise, go for the 45k, live life on your own terms

So I feel deadlifts a lot in my lower back as well, a friend of mine explained to me that when your hamstrings tighten, they tend to pull on your lower back and cause slight pain. It's nothing serious in the short term but can lead to problems later on in life. I would recommend foam rolling your legs before/after workouts to release the tension and protect your lower back. I don't know too much about the deadlift grip issue, try r/fitness if no one here can give you a satisfactory answer
