I am so confused. So this John Banzhaf fellow, whom, based on this text, seems like a very rational and fair person, is what we call a "radical feminist"?

Either the term was horribly misapplied, either these comments of his were taken so out of context that they made him appear like he supported the opposite of what he actually believes in, or either we were somehow transported to a alternate dimension where feminists actually believe in equality.

Well, that's the end of Dear Colleague. I hope the Department of Education likes the prospect of being sued by every college and university in this country, because there is no chance in hell that they will allow this policy to stand now that they have skin in the game.
