I know this is quite an old story, but in my politics class at college (we're studying feminism at the moment) today my lecturer and I got into an argument about domestic abuse. I argued that men are demonized by the press and common social opinions.

He then asked me to leave the lecture for getting up this article on my phone, which uses government statistics, and reading them out loud to him.

After class, most of the guys and some of the girls came to tell me that I was right and they had also done some Googling during class and were shocked by the stats.

Just thought I'd share this with you that despite our educators supposed to be remaining impartial and show both sides of the debate, since September we have had 1 hours discussion on Anti-Feminism and nothing on the Mens Rights movement.

Edit: Sorry if this should have been in MensRants but I thought I'd put it here to make a point, and because there's an article I thought it'd belong here.
