How are women the owners of 2/3 growing businesses?

I'm against gender quotas as a whole so I can't agree with this. No matter how you put it, being given a job/position whatever because there is a lack of a certain gender gives people an unequal opportunity and it's completely unfair.

Because the so called third sector (sorry if that isn't the name anymore), the one that is basically about services, has a larger percentage of women than of men.

And that sector is growing, while others are either remaining the same or shrinking.

That being said, assuming that both men and women are entrepreneurs, there will be more businesses created by women than men.

And quotas are an attempt to distort reality by searching for equality of outcome and not equality of opportunity. I've opposed it before and oppose it again.
