Yeah absolutely.

Legally you may run in to some issues regarding parental rights if she decides she wants it afterall. The most ironclad of legal documents can be overturned when it's between a man and a woman and the judge feels it's in the best interests of the woman/child to do so.

A surrogate.

While there aren't many laws dealing w/ surrogates, it is common enough. Though certain issues come into play: when both parents are known, it is very difficult for one parent to give up custody/get their parental rights taken away.

It would be far easier to find someone who is already pregnant and try to adopt the baby or adopt an already born child/orphan.
