I'm really happy about that, though I doubt it was feminists that did this one. The decision being reversed quickly without even a single cry of some mind-bending doublethink version of misogyny doesn't make it seem likely. Seriously though, this seems to be an honest mistake, even if it does say a lot about traditional attitudes toward men that they didn't even think of the possible consequences.

This is what a real civil rights movement looks like. Lawsuits to challenge double standards, and companies and organizations retreating in fear, while claiming they were about to get rid of the double standard anyway. Thanks for posting that. It put a real smile on my face.

I never even knew this was a thing. A buddy of mine is a OB/GYN and I always go to his office for little small stuff that I don't want to pay for or wait a few days to get in with my regular doc. This really explains all the looks I get in the waiting room.

So let me get this clear. A company that certified gynecologists decided that you couldn't be a gynecologist unless you only treated women?
