What is sad is no matter what the research may say, family law reform is driven by political power, not a child's best interests.

So this type of research, although invaluable to us, is simply ignored by policy makers, who seem more interested in domestic violence campaigns and gay marriage initiatives.

This has been known for a long time, but every study that shows it, (and it is shown time and time again) is simply ignored when it comes to policy and litigation.

It'll be ignored by mainstream media, it'll be ignored by politicians and lawmakers, and it'll be ignored by feminists, if not outright denied.

I would say this us more of a poverty issue. They have seen correlation between states that have easy access to abortion also seem to have a drop in crime over years.

I wrote up a response that I don't see how this changes things, but I guess it does a bit. This is evidence that the predisposition of the courts to grant full custody to the mom may often not be in the best interests of the child.

I don't see how a logical person could read that article and see this is an exclusive men's right issue.
