He owns the company but he’s clearly a beta bucks loser when it comes to women. He inherited a big client from a dead partner and squeezed them good, which is how the company stays alive.

He lets the other company owner get his way with the same salary while doing only 10% of the work, while the loser busts his ass working like a bee.

He’s married, with children, but hasn’t had sex with his wife for months (I got access to his cell phone messages). However, he madly crushed on a coworker and he’s been trying to fuck her ever since.

She rejected him, keeps him hooked, and uses him to vent, to get money, validation power. and to get it easy at work. Then she goes back to her husband :)

This fucker loses his mind when she’s around. He becomes either serious and ignores you or he feels “empowered” and acts like a 45yo teenager.

He doesn’t insult me, but he has this tendency to be condescending as fuck just because he can.

I sent him an email last month a monday morning while he was at home (no idea if he was working or not, he never tells anyone shit). When he got into the office in the afternoon, I asked him if he had read the email, and he replied “no, I was wiping my baby-daughter’s shit from her ass”.

He said it in a way that implied “no, I was busy with real life and didn’t have time for your shit”. This kind of condescending attitude where hel’s the man and if you don’t have a company or a famility like he does, you are nothing, fucking pisses me off...

Last week I told him about a call I had with a client. I told him the client said a contract would probably be signed. He asked me what the client said, exaclty.

I told him “the client was pretty sure about the contract”, so he replied to me “pretty sure doesn’t mean anything to me... I wipe my own ass with pretty sure...”. The moment he started saying this, he looked at his “coworker muse” and started smiling with excitement, totally ignoring me and enjoying his use of “strong words”, looking for her validation...

He’s not like this on the surface, and tries to appear as “good, well behaved, level-headed, mature and leader-like”, until he comes off like a little bitch. It’s like if being surrounded by one or two women employees who look at him the right way make him feel like a man and, even though he may not put you down directly, he will disrespect you.

What can I do to stand up to him and make him stop disrispecting me the way he does?
