Of course there are differences to having a girl/plate living somewhere else. But taking a risk does not mean it will actually happen. She could be there within a minute to suck you off every time of the day or she might be terrorizing you if you broke up with her. Or none of that.

Don't shit where you eat is in regards to situations where you're a dependent. Ie work. You fuck around at work and your employer might decide you're a liability.

But tell me, how does your neighbor hold that same power? She doesn't. If shit goes south, they might get a little awkward passing by her in the morning, but is that really a problem? Not at all imo.

Edit: also, depending where you live, you should have legal rights as a tenant. Your landlord can't Willy nilly evict you without something as serious as property damage or non-payment of rent. Where you out your dick is none of their business. Fuck away.
