What are your guys' views on males who do fit into the stereotypical "bad guy."

While being a man does not automatically make men guilty of fitting these stereotypes and committing these behaviors, neither does the fight for the civil rights of men excuse these characteristics or advocate these behaviors. Nothing about having gender in common makes any man responsible for the behavior of another, and nothing about MRActivism requires anyone to support wrongful acts.

The existence of criminal behavior (among both sexes) is one reason why due process should not be compromised by laws the way it is.

To paraphrase a comment I've made before (to fit the expanded subject) the first thing to understand about criminal law is that we are never going to eliminate either the incidence of innocent people receiving jail time, or guilty people escaping the justice system, because criminal cases can be subjective, lawyers can be sneaky, and mistakes can be made with any case.

What we can do is ensure that the reason innocent people sometimes go to jail is not because they were denied their right to a fair trial, and the reason guilty people sometimes get away is not because their initial conviction didn't have to be based on any real evidence and a deserved conviction was overturned because the system enabled poor effort by police and prosecutors in handling the case.

An individual should be convicted of violent crime when the charge has been proved beyond a reasonable doubt. The definition of terms of these crimes should be held to a strict and clearly defined standard. Definitions of specific violent crimes (like rape) should not be watered down by applying those same terms to actions which are not aggressive, where the accused did not intend to violate the rights or autonomy of the accuser. This is how murder is treated; the differentiation between different modifying legal terms to homicide depends not upon the victim's experience, but upon the perpetrator's intent. This is because that distinction denotes a difference in the nature of the perpetrator - the factor upon which penalty should be based.

While violent crime cannot be tolerated, and legal measures must be taken to prevent criminal behavior, neither can due process rights be compromised. Laws protecting them must be enforced. If we make that compromise, fail in our standards and our efforts because of how we feel about the nature of the allegations, then we are no more righteous, no more validated, no more upstanding, and no more rational than a lynch mob.

The stereotype of bad-guys is hard to argue with; they have a bitching wardrobe, awesome villainous moustache and lots of money.

Honestly; to answer your question it depends. If we're talking about violent men, who utilize violence without restraint and for little or ludicrous reason; then they belong separate from the rest of society. Study them under a microscope in a cage; but they should not be with normal people if they're going to muck it up for other people.

BUT, if we are talking about an alpha male, who uses women and moves on to the next, and shits all over anyone else on his route to the top; so be it. He's not breaking any laws, what he is doing may make him the douchiest of assholes; but it doesn't make him a criminal.

I'm not really sure what you are asking here. Are you asking if we make a distinction between bad men bad women?

I have mixed feelings about people that do bad things as I do for people that do good things. My feelings towards the former obviously lean more towards the negative side. That's all I can say on the subject unless you elaborate.

My thought is that real bad guys are scum and ought to be removed from the gene pool.

However, it's an unfortunate fact that some women are attracted to exactly those guys, and so they continue to breed.

It's all very annoying. But it's also evolution, and maybe there is a species-survival-relevant reason for them to exist. Doesn't mean I'd like them.
