Parents and teachers apparently need to ask the police to remind them that they have children. Think of all the terrible things that could happen if parents just started forgetting to pick their kids up from the bus stop. Let this man who opened and closed his door serve us as a reminder. Who knows, next time around it might even turn out to be a gay black man who stops at a traffic light. The world is such a dangerous place...

This might have been already said, but how is it known it was a male if all the child saw was a hand? Given many guy's hands are hair near the wrist and such, but I've seen plenty of males without that distinction.
