When does someone become responsible for a child?

Is it at conception? If that is the case, then women must not be allowed to have abortions. They are shirking their parental responsibility.

Is it when they decide they want to be a parent? If that is the case, men have every right to choose not to be a parent after conception. Since they never chose to be a parent, they have no financial responsibility for any child.

Is it at conception for men, but when they decide to be a parent for women? Congratulations, you are a misandrist bigot.
