How is being a stripper or a pornstar any different from being paid to have a vagina?

This is stupid.

They are being paid for the market value of the work, porn and stripping is a traded labour, the market value of the labour is based on usual market forces. The reason female porn stars are paid more (generally) than male porn stars is their is more demand for women(of a certain type and look generally, with notable excepts and niche markets) and there is less supply of the specific type of women than there are of male porn stars. Women who don't fit the specific look the market demands do not make more than their male counter parts.

When it comes to stripping it is the same, there is more demand for female stripper, however male strippers actually earn more than females per hour, just less demand for their labour. As there are more girls that fit the required skills set(including looks) than men. There is zero discrimination in market forces, while consumers can discriminate, the rate of pay is always based on value of work.

I try to be civil, but this is the silliest thing I've seen on /mr for ages. So women who don't strip/appear in porn get paid for being a stripper/porn star? No? Thats because strippers/porn stars don't get paid for being women, they get paid for being strippers/pornstars.
