The "skepchick" crap totally derailed the movement. No one with any desire to maintain his sanity should become active in the skeptic community. All you will do is spend your time arguing with aggressive fools.

(I am an atheist but I never really understood why it is a good idea to convince everyone else to be an atheist. Not saying it is a bad idea but I don't see any real benefit.)

Dont hang out with people that think youre a rapist because youre a man.

Dont lend credence to a movement trying to build itself on that assumption by your participation.

Maybe I am interpreting this differently from others, but. the way I read part of that is "The women will all be in one place, so the men will want to get in "?" = profit."

Honestly, giving women their own city seems like a good move, but I'm worried they might ave an increased amount of sexism due to men still being required to pay for them, in which case all they would have really built is an oversized vacation hotspot for Saudi women.

Saudi Arabia is not even on my top 5 list of sexist nations.

She has nothing else to gripe about, and no other way to further her "career" as a blogger/writer/whatever than to jump under the banner of feminism.

I agree with Dawkins. In Africa and the middle east women are basically sold as children to be a bride, suffer honor killings, acid attacks, FGM, stoning, no access to education, can't drive, can't be seen in public, female infanticide, etc etc, and she has to get riled up about internet trolling and some socially inept guy asking her to have coffee with him.
