Certain people yes. Most Feminists "intentionally" don't do it, but a few do it "unintentionally" through generational and fear mongering propaganda.

Feminists support initiatives to help men as long as those initiatives cannot possibly hurt any women. So they will support efforts to get rid of prison rape. But they will bitterly oppose protection for men accused of rape or fairness in family court.
