I was under the impression that comments were to be strictly voted on relevance, and not based on if we like the comment or not. SRS is entirely dedicated to pointing out comments that they don't like, and then the end result is a flood of downvotes. I understand that one user pointed out that most SRS subscribers don't downvote content they point out (not sure if thats true), but they are most definitely encouraging the behavior.
