Rights conflict all the time, this is why the legal justice is such a complicated thing.

Essentially this argument says a true right can never conflict with another right. In the real world, trade offs are made and there are conflicts without mutually beneficial outcomes.

Rights are all human social constructs. We can say all humans have a right to no starvation, but someone is going to have that right violated in a famine.

We can define all legal rights so that none of them conflict, but that gets very complicated.

That's simply not true. If you're talking about freedoms, sure. If you're talking abt modern gender movements...then absolutely not.

There are only two genders and finite resources in the world. If the government or society goes out of its way to give a particular gender resources then the other is losing out. For example, Mandating divorce settlements or women and children absolutely impedes the rights of the divorce father. If a system for default shared custody arose, then that is impeding on the current rights, and arguably unique identity, of women and mothers.

Rights do not impede on each other. Rights are things like free speech and property rights. People do not have the right to an education or not have to deal with offensive messages. The only people who think rights conflict are the people who do not understand what a right is.
