There are many, MANY men's organizations in the US. The problem is they don't focus on men's issues most of the time.

One of the larger and more charitable organizations out there is a Men's Only organization called the Ancient Arabic Order of the Nobles of the Mystic Shrine, or the Shriners for short. They have about 340,000 members across the US (from Wikipedia, but my firsthand knowledge says this is probably pretty accurate). I can't find donation numbers, but they claim on their website that 121,000 kids were helped last year by their services.

The problem is that men's organizations aren't supporting men. I think that they need to do that. I would call for Fraternity men, Masons, and members of other such orders to look into the following:

Supporting veteran groups. The vast majority of veterans are men. Many of them need help with mental illness or coping with shattered lives and bodies. With the number of men coming back from the Middle East, they need our support.
Elderly assistance. The Masons do this in some places, they provide homes for the elderly. I think other fraternal organizations need to consider helping to support their aging brethren.
ADHD/Dyslexia/Autism/Autism spectrum disorders. I think funding research into these disorders needs to be about more then just drugs for treatment, but also needs to look into teaching methods for these boys so they don't have to live on drugs that affect their personalities.
Infiltrate and change the Boy Scouts of America. The BSA has its demons. They are big ones that are tough to overcome. But take a minute to think of all the boys that have grown up without a father and without any sort of meaningful adult man in their life. The BSA can provide this sort of interaction when Dad has been pushed out of the son's life. Getting involved in the BSA is really easy and if enough fathers that wanted to get rid of the institutionalized bigotry got involved that problem wouldn't be insurmountable.

There are probably many other things we can do. I am not the most imaginative guy but it is possible. The first step is joining and getting involved, taking a leadership position, and pushing for programs that help men.

Look at it this way:

It was 'inequality' when there were more men's only organizations. So they got all those places closed down, chanting equality as they destroyed the institutions that gave the most value to bachelors, institutions that helped them become young masters. Now we have a separated and confused, disinterested male populace whose members live their lives in fear.

Why should we look at their institutions any differently? Why do they get more rights than us? They shouldn't, and we need to start cracking down on their sexist organizations and opening them up.

I hate that term, "masculist". It sounds ridiculous. Arn't we the ones who dislike the term "feminism" because it implies that all their ideals and motivations are for the sole purpose and use of females, thus being sexist? The same logic can be said for "masculist". If we start calling ourselves that, we'll lose what little support we have from outside groups. Can't we just say we're egalitarians or humanists?

Feminism tells us that every organization that's not expressly organized to further the dominance of feminism is a tool of the patriarchy and therefore a "masculist" organization. (seriously)

i read a artcial from a sexist women about how "terrifylingly effective" mens rights groups are becoming.

right after talking about her fears of just how effective mens right groups are becoming... she trys to down play the mens rights groups as little better then barbians newley reninvetned.

then she started talking about how men are making too big of a deal about what she calls "minor violence" (accoriding to this women.. minor violence is when a women hits a man)
