How...? How is this even a question? According to Idaho law this is a crime. Not only that it has a more severe sentence than putting shooting the man in the face in an attempt to kill him (assuming he survives).

On a side note this is half the reason harassment has lost much of its meaning. This was not harassment, this was a major felony.

P.S. Another one of those problems that can be solved with an arrest and conviction.

What the fucking cunt nuggets!? I'm sorry, but by that logic, spousal rape is oxymoronic. Shit, fuck spousal rape, by that logic a boyfriend or girlfriend is simply a sex toy; paying for dinner does mean sex, whether it's wanted or not; because they were on a date, it's not rape!

I think this both a case of sexism and the judicial system favoring those who enforce it over those who have violated it. The court made an extremely sexist and illogical ruling because they were probably looking for any good reason to side with the guard.
