If a man can go to jail for 10 years for raping a woman, I think a woman should go to jail for 5 years for even legally claiming a man raped her. She should be held responsible for risking a tenth of the man's life!

I think there's a missed opportunity here.

Why not send this woman (at her own expenses, of course) around the state or country, going from high-school to high-school and giving lectures to girls about how false rape allegations are simply not worth it, will back-fire on you and discredit the real victims of actual rapes?
Isn't there a sort of deal like that for people who abuse drugs?
