Glen Callender of Canadian Foreskin Awareness Project will be “performing,” showing his own foreskin, how easy it is to clean and will even perform a trick he says those who are circumcised cannot do.

I'm assuming that this is why it is for adult eyes only. Because showing children your junk is generally not accepted within the realms of polite society.

It does seem to be aimed at adults. In most countries it is the parents who decide on circumcision, and parents are often poorly educated about male genital mutilation or subjected to societal/cultural pressure. It makes sense to have an event specifically targeting parents.
