its an akward one but this is an example of a mother being the one who should have sole custody , when you look at scientology and get past the main crap the spew and look at things like lisa macpherson , the sea org etc you see just how fucked up they are and the fact that this kid has a chance to get away from it can only be good , this is an example of a kids best interests being served by the mother having sole influence, as an MRA this isnt something i write with any sort of of ease at all but my belief in fathers rights cannot superceed the 9idea of protecting a child from a cult.

I kinda think this is a case where she should get alimony. She, kinda, had here whole life turned upside down for that marriage. I can only imagine what kind of shit she's been through. Even if she got 250 mil it would probably only start to cover the cost of disappearing forever. This isn't a "she deserves money for having a vagina" thing. This is a "Scientology is fucked" kinda thing

Makes sense. Tom is kind of a nut. Even though she had to deal with that crap, I don't think she should receive alimony, or anyone should for that matter. When the marriage ends so should the monetary bond between the parties involved, unless children are involved. That's why there is child support.
