Excellent article!

As our feminized society continues to demonize men and more men refuse to become cannon fodder for the "family" court system, I suspect that more women will begin to wake up and realize how destructive all of this misandry really is.

We already see a lot of clueless writers with articles asking why men won't commit. Just imagine what will happen when a bunch of biological alarm clocks start going off all at once in a few years.

It was a very touching piece. The author is a much more traditional person but I really feel her pain. She went through alot.

I haven't read Alice Walker's books, but I get the impression she suffered a very abusive childhood. It's a shame this has poisoned her relationship with her daughter, who sounds like a caring and intelligent woman.

I've always thought it odd that in one breath the left devalues fathers and fatherhood, then in the next breath they complain that today's grown men in their 30's just want to play Xbox and smoke weed on the couch instead of working a backbreaking well paying job to support...a woman and his family.

If anyone would like an Apros Pos example of the left's feelings on fatherhood, note that Reddit exploded with tales of great fathers and their contributions on father's day. The twenty SRS subreddits, absolute silence. Not a word, as if they were suffering through the day and waiting for it to pass.

That was an absolutely wonderful read. Very informative about the issues we face today, and confirming what's often seen in professional circles with women who work very hard but don't have time to take care of kids. This is one of the problems with today's society, with a married couple both away and working, having kids becomes a nightmare in so many ways until they at least go to school, and even then professional lives interfere.

Poor woman she loves her son so much yet it was her mother who helped create the hurdles that one day may drive him to suicide like so many other men.
