Yep. Women have innate value, men do not. Men who's actions cause harm are disposed, women who's actions cause harm are judged against said innate value.

This is why men are much more critical of plans and leadership. Men know they will rarely get a 2nd chance... third being right out. Women know they will get multiple chances, so following crazy stupid ideas is much less risk for them.

Women do not understand risk in the same way men understand it because of these social dynamics.

First, women prove themselves equally as violent and capable of asserting themselves as men.

Then, when caught, they pretend to be helpless victims and cry out for mercy.

Pretty much mirrors today's treatment of women by the judicial system.
