The difference between good natured ribbing and open, undiluted hatred can be subtle, or it can be glaringly obvious. This humorous image is bait. It is a dare to men to speak up, and it is bait for an ambush. If you, as a man complain about this or anything of similar tone, then clearly you're an oversensitive sissy, not a real man, grow a pair and get with the joke, right? However, in a social climate in which de-valuation of the humanity of men and boys is constant, never ceasing, each cute little joke, which taken in isolation would be funny, the funny takes on a new flavour. It is hatred and contempt, disguised as good natured ribbing. It is a dare to speak up, because your social betters, your women, they control your identity, and whether you are a real man, or a sissy. Your social identity hangs on their public approval. Keep your head down, laugh obligingly when you are derided as a human worthy of consideration or love or empathy. That's how it works. At least, thats how it works if you allow it, and if you allow your fear of rejection and public scorn to silence you as your humanity is endlessly devalued under the guise of good natured humour.
