There's actually a discussion going on with most (women) saying that women should be given 12 months of paid medical leave while going through menopause.

I asked how this would be fair and constitute equal treatment, then I was berated and accused of being misogynistic.

What is the argument for this? I'm not exactly familiar with the physical symptoms of menopause and how severe they are.

Dude, really? A fucking facebook post? Could even just be a joke about how bitchy menopausal women can be and not wanting them around at work. Unless your facebook is friend is the prime minister of somewhere or head of some group, or picketing for this, this is useless.
