It's more than a "travesty" of justice it's a legal scam.

Family lawyers are like robber barons or a parasitic class of indolent peerage who produce nothing but plunder the life savings of working families by holding their children to false allegation ransom.

These allegations are adjudicated by judges - elected by brethren lawyers to protect their business - who are themselves so crooked that the family court is hardly more than a system of organised crime hiding behind the euphemism of "in the best interests of the child".

Well decades of fatherless children and mountains of social science research concludes it is not. Nevertheless, this multi-billion dollar divorce-DV industry continues the pretence and is so powerful that it corrupts reform by hook and crook.

The fact is society can no longer afford this legal scam which costs taxpayers an estimated $112BN/yr thrown away on massive increases in single mother welfare, millions of men criminalised, incarcerated, impoverished, broken, suicidal and 40% of children fatherless.
