Overall I think I'm in a decent place and have come a super long way.

I'm 6'5, been lifting for 5+ years at 21 y/o and have gotten objectively strong as fuck.

I spend a lot of time/money on grooming and clothes and constantly get complimented on how well I dress by men and women.

I have a full head of hair and strong beard genetics. Get complimented on both of those pretty often. A few girls have said that I have "pretty eyes" as well.

I have a bit of a deformity though. I literally have the biggest nose on planet earth. Cannot make this up, I have never seen another human that has anything close to this size.

Google a picture of Max Holloway, and look at that nose. Then widen and lengthen it a bit and you got my nose.

Whenever I get dressed/get a haircut every 2 weeks I'll go out and notice girls turning to look at me once. Then they'll look again as I get close, and I guess get turned off and look away.

I'm really good at faking confidence, and giving off a DGAF attitude. All the ugly girls completely lap it up, but the really pretty ones sort of don't see me as a real option it seems.

My confidence took a major hit recently when this HB8 I was into put me in the friend zone, and started dating this 5'10 chubby, balding beta bux type that's a future doctor.

Could use some advice.

Edit: could potentially get a cosmetic procedure, but as I'm in college I can't afford that for at least another year
