I don't think this belongs in this subreddit per sey.

Yes, there are institutionalized biases against men in the courts, men get longer sentences than women for a given crime, but unless this is actually shown to be a case where discrimination has occurred then it's just an example of a crappy justice system rather than a discriminatory one.
