The groups are a necessary safeguard against attemptsto remove rights, problem is that these groups haven't learned when enough is enough and are simply always pushing for more.

I think those groups could be useful if they spent their time helping women to take on responsibilities, but as it is now they are worse than useless for both sexes.

Nope, not even in "third world countries" like another poster mentioned. Women are privileged over men in every society. They are and always have been the protected, less disposable group. In some cases they may have fewer rights but they still retain far greater privileges and fewer responsibilities than men in all societies. Even women in the third world have it better than most men there. Always have.

The recent women's right issue about public paying, through insurance, for women's birth control bills, no small amount of about $1,000+ yearly, IMHO seems like icing on the cake.

I won't comment on the rest of this, but you're very misinformed about this debate. The issue was whether private insurance should be required to pay for birth control (which is far cheaper, it should be said, than the cost of unintended pregnancies, so insurers actually save money here). There has never been any requirement that tax dollars pay for contraceptives.
