Obviously, his wife did not want the information released. The same wife that was the cause of his self immolation.

Did Thomas Ball forget to authorize the release of all photos and videos of his act? Or could a good lawyer show that he obviously did not wish for his wife to make such determination. Does he have parents that would speak for him?

how much media coverage went into the city's decision making? most of what I saw was about memorials and about how crazy he was.
