You’ve found the right place, friend. This is one of the few parts of the internet that is almost entirely dudes who used to suck at life that helped each other reform and become successful. It’s a culture like no other; fuck the getting laid part, TRP is the greatest self-help group I’ve ever been a part of.

I would suggest that what you do right now is lurk TRP harder, read the sidebar material that is less related to feminine theory (since that’s obviously inconsequential) and do read the stuff related to frame, confidence, and SMV.

I’d love to give you advice, but I can’t say it better than the sidebar/top rated posts. All I can tell you, with certainty, is that you aren’t fine - but you can make yourself a million times better than you ever thought possible.

I'm 28 and still go out, you're only as old as you think you are, you can go out on the weekends, you can host parties, you can do whatever you fucking want. The point of TRP is too help you realize that you don't need to worry about what others think of you to live a fulfilling life. The key isn't what you've been taught by social standards, media, and basically everything around you, the key is to improve and work on your health, well-being and worth. Work on you, ignore everything around you, and people will gravitate to you like never before. Don't thirst, don't fret, don't react, maintain frame and be your boss.

You're self employed, everyone in the world is self employed, but when you think of yourself as an employee working for others, you're literally a tool (in a non-insulting way). Do you see obese, lazy, unmotivated self employed people? No, they're always working to better themselves, and get the most out of life. You are self employed, if you hold a job, you're exchanging your services and skills for money. As you gain more skills and experience, your worth goes up, you either demand a raise or talk with your feet, don't be a pushover. This is RP philosophy, we don't beat around the bush and treat you like a little flower, we're not here to make you feel good, we're here to help you open your eyes, the rest is up to you.

Change and improvement takes discipline, first and foremost, learn discipline, make pain and discomfort your friend, because life starts outside your little bubble. Don't worry about where you think you should be, don't compare yourself to others, just put down the cupcakes, eat at a caloric deficit (in vs. out), hit the gym, and read absolutely everything in the sidebar. You've been programmed to think a certain way, to the benefit of the programmers, whether it be your mother, your friends, your TV, phone, the billboards on the way to work... Think for yourself my man, everything else will attract to you.

After you've read TRP sidebar, have some discipline, I'd pick up a job in sales. I was the most socially retarded son of a bitch ever, then I started selling mattresses, you can laugh all you want but I'm not socially retarded anymore. You get better with people skills, people are going to talk to you whether you like it or not, and your paycheck is a direct reflection of your people skills. People are successful in life by their relationship building skills, not by their actual craft/trade skills or intelligence.
