What an awful piece of 'journalism'.

79% would dump a man who cheated with a woman.

72% would dump a man who cheated with a man.

Way to flip the figures around to make it look like some massive double standard.

Plus, this is in TEXAS... I'm actually surprised that these results are so similar.

It makes total sense, sociologically. Being a gay male was against the law, for a long time. Being a gay female was not. It's one of those persuasive social phenomena that has sunk into the collective psyche.

Not that it doesn't need to be corrected, of course... but there are reasons why gay males tend to have a harder time than gay females.

28% likelihood of continuing = 72% likelihood of breaking it off. I wouldn't call it homophobia, but maybe they thought they were just misguided, or seduced or something. If you sleep with a guy you'd have a hard time convincing her you're not gay after that, surprised it's such a small difference in stats.

It's fairly obvious to anybody with the remotest grasp of statistics that those numbers can't support general statements such as "women are homophobic". Take your women-bashing elsewhere, this is not related to men's rights.
