We're all used to seeing the same questions get asked over and over again, and we all know we have to keep making the same points over and over again.

Many of us use pre-written responses that we simply copy in to the text box. I don't do a lot of this, and I haven't developed a good system yet. Mostly, I just have a text document that I copied some generic messages into. But I might have more and better default responses if I had better tools.

So who has the best tools? Tell the rest of us.
