I do realize that America is lawsuit happy so both men and women like to sue like crazy, but here is a case of a woman who is saying she wasn't mature enough at 20, clearly an adult, and thus others should be blamed. Personally I believe that 18 should be the drinking age (perhaps even lower), and as such I think this woman is clearly at fault.

Also, if the bartender did check her ID and denied her, what do you think would have been the likely response?

I do not understand why this is a mens rights issue. A person made a mistake and maybe needs the cash to cover medical bills or refuses to believe it was her fault. Well, this is a sad case, but has nothing to do with anything.
