Horrible title, it appears to imply the cop was doing something good.

TDLR for those who didn't read the article; An apparently batshit insane female cop was harassing various couples who were kissing/displaying affection in public, and forcing boys to "do sit ups".

Glad she's been suspended.

Video of the cop punishing boys. A larger question is why are the Indian police allowed to act as judge and jury and mete out punishment on the spot. We've seen this before with men being caught riding in the women's train cars being forced to do squats.
