I understand texting is for logistics only but are there any exceptions?

Matched with a girl on TanTan a few days ago. We have been chatting and I have been pushing for a meet up. She is only in the states for 3 months (got here in July), never been to America before and is from Taiwan. She told me what days she is off from work but when I try to setup a day to meet, she told me she wanted to know each other more.

Now last year, I had no clue about TRP. But a similar case last year where I matched with an foreign Asian girl and chatted constantly for 2 weeks before even meeting up. Once I got her to my house, we fucked and continued to fuck until she left 3 months later.

As for American girls, whenever I tried to "get to know each other" we never ended up meeting anyways.

So should I just give her the benefit of the doubt and create some comfort so that she will meet up?
