An anonymous registry of sex offenders could cause a lot of problems for the non rapist. If there is already a problem with false accusations imagine what would happen if it was anonymous and digitally public accessible information. Better alternative would be education from an early age.

Shaming is dangerous stuff. It can do an enormous amount of damage to someone should they be falsely accused. Honestly, it is wiser to focus on ones own behavior.

Public attack on another human being, no matter the form, is a minefield.

There are heaps of websites that you can enter either men or women who have done horrible things, I entered a topic about my violent and abusive ex boyfriend on one of those websites and now if you google his name it's the first thing that pops up. I'm sure not all the reviews given are truthful tho but it is a good way to warn people of dangerous men and women.
