No thanks. He's an attention seeker, behaving like a teenager. Fully unwilling to help himself. Fully self depreciating.

He won't ever hurt himself because he's too much of a coward to do so.

I'm willing to bet money on the idea that his family has abandoned him. Any friends he's ever had have left him because they can't put up with his crap anymore. There's probably a good chance that at some point some women may have become interested, but his terrible attitude pushed them away.

Nothing you say to this man will have any effect.

Bah! I wrote out some advice and it turns out he deleted everything so I couldn't even post it. Oh well. Hope he's OK, but the answer to the complaint, "Women wont look at me just because I'm really fat" seems obvious to me.
