Even if it was “consensual” it was still and inappropriate power relationship. He is guilty at the very least of sexual harassment. The case should be decided by a jury. My mother taught me long ago not to put myself into dubious situations. He should be held responsible for his actions and the facts as we know them should come out.

Edit: Audio now available. At 26:00 panelist Brenner (law professor!) says that a violent sexual assault occurred. She can tell because the prosecutor says so (27:10).

~~The audio won't be on the web until later today.~~ Until then, the comments section linked gives a pretty good idea what this radio show's callers think about recent developments in the DSK case.

Listening to it on the radio (live) today I realized how useful this case combined with this format of show could be for spreading awareness of the consequences of public rape accusations, the occurrence of false accusations, and the importance of the presumption of innocence. But they didn't take my call, heh.
