• Followed a women from my city on Instagram. She followed back.
  • Sent her a message, we texted back and forth. When I asked for her number, she said she prefers to talk on IG for now.
  • Next day (yesterday) sent her a ping text, I kept the conversation short.
  • Didn't contact her today. She liked my Instagram image.

I plan to wait 2-3 days now, then send a ping text again and invite her for a date (if no then next). Definitely not daily texting (no needy behavior) . Is this the right way to go? Any advice will be appreciated.
