The boss' behaviour was appalling and criminal in nature*. The woman deserves compensation, but the amount is ridiculous.

*Edit: Assuming the woman's story is true.

Whenever I see such things I can't help but think that she might just be lying. Really any allegation made by a woman and perhaps especially with rape allegations I kind of always have that thought in the back of my head.

On one hand if she is telling the truth this is a form of rape and the manager should be in jail for the rest of his life. it starts there with a little forced facial then ends with him in four years hijacking a catholic school bus and doing the deed with everyone onboard. But Gronliz does make an interesting point with maybe she's lieing.<edit: i obviously didn't read the caption under the picture correctly> I mean that picture of her just a short time after the attack and she's dressed like she has no regard. I'm not saying she's asking for it but i'm saying that if a person feels violated they want to cover themselves, not expose.</edit> at least she's obviously doing better now.

Also, I'm a heterosexual guy and I would take a facial for $95 million.

This woman is clearly lying, try to imagine what really happened:

She might have found her boss jerking off alone in his office and she might have blackmailed him to get a promotion.
