Would you guys still follow TRP if the divorce laws were neutral?

Yes. TRP is about a lot more than marriage and divorce law. I would certainly consider marriage (although later in life than I would if I didn't follow TRP) if it wasn't a colossal risk with very limited (if any) reward. I wouldn't even necessarily argue TRP is about dating as many women as possible, some guys just want a single, long-term relationship. TRP gives them the tools to achieve that. For the guys who are still committed to getting married, TRP, while against it (because of the risk factors associated), gives them the tools to limit their liability and increase their chances of success.

If laws were different I would consider marriage as an option. If I didn't have to potentially sacrifice my lifes work for a chance to share it with a women and raise a family in a traditional manner it would be an option. Theres just to much risk involved in it and not enough reward.

I HATE losing more then I like winning, if that means never playing to ensure that I dont lose then so be it.

Yes. Just because divorce laws wouldn't favor women, would not mean women would magically become faithfully devoted and unconditionally loving creatures.

I believe a majority of guys would like to settle down at some point, but knowing women's nature (through TRP) we know that's a silly ideal. The divorce laws are just there to kick you when you're already down.
