Wikipedia seems to suggest the police decided not to go after her in 2009. Anyone knows what happened in the end? If she's walking, this may just be the most outrageous display of a broken legal system.

Oh yeah... Ahwatukee Sue--great example of what a fine judicial system we have. Black guys get 5-10 just for being in the neighborhood of a crime, but a white woman confesses on-air to millions of listeners and her lawyers get her off on a technicality. Oh well, at least The Professor spread her name as far and wide as possible, so hopefully she has to live with the shame of her horrible deeds.
