The legal director for the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape said college hearing boards "don't have the proper skills to handle such delicate matters."

Unless I misunderstood something, charges were dropped by the prosecution because they didn't think they had a case. So yes, the courts have the proper skills, and they decided not to pursue, so why is this guy telling them what to do?

This is FANTASTIC news. Even though this bell can never be unrung, hopefully the public nature of his vindication will go a long way in convincing the public of his innocence.

As a rape survivor, I VEHEMENTLY HATE women who lie about rape, and as the wife of a man and the mother of a son, not to mention a true believer in real equality, I spit on any bitch miserable enough to cry rape when she's just whore who regrets having to do the walk of shame.

Good for him but the ends don't justify the means simply because she probably wasn't that "good" to have required this sort of anguish and penalty. I am pleased that the civil prosecutor dropped the charges instead of being a douche and dragging a University's internal due process through the muck of injustice.
