It's not all you man, how do I put this... if you're REALLY good, you could do maybe 60% (estimating out of my ass here) of the work. The other 40% - 80% (if you're not as good as you think) will be on the girl. She has to be pretty much secure about her body, comfortable with you, not bloated from food, not be thinking about some random shit that totally fucked up her day earlier, not be holding any grudges against you, so far, so on... sure, some chicks can fuck despite anything & come everywhere, but it's unlikely. Under ideal circumstances, all girls can probably vaginal orgasm (I don't know for sure, who the fuck does?), but most girls will be effected by at least 1 of the above things.

Of course, if you're a 6'5 millionaire with perfect facial symmetry and body, she'll probably come no matter what.

Put it to you this way. I have 2 girlfriends. See both about the same amount of time. 1 girlfriend I can always get off with oral. She gets off fast when I go down on her but when I am penetrating her she doesn't always get off from penetration. She is also a 1 and done kind of girl.

Studies show that only about 30% of women can orgasm from vaginal stimulation. That's right 1 in 3. Most need clitoral stimulation and a lot of it.
